Queritel is a data collection and analytics company helping food and beverage and CPG  brands gather product  and consumer analytics data across Latin America and the Caribbean region. We are looking for a community manager in Chile.

About This Job

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in growing our local community of people using our data collection and store managment applications.

Responsibilities

- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

- Connect with potential users and conduct sensitization activities.

- Laise with development and sales departments

- Buid relationships with users.

- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.

Requirments

- Proven work experience as acommunity manager or similar role

- Experience planning and leading community events

- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPI's

- Excellent writing skills

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Knowledge of online marketing

- Hands on experience with social media managment

- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver

- Bsc in marketing or relevant field

Where you'll be

This roll requires continues presence in Santiago, Chile.
